Privacy Policy
The Compass Group, LLC, owner of Real Time Trigger (www.realtimetrigger.com), is committed to protecting your private information. The terms "you", "your", etc as used herein refer to the advertiser, broadcaster, content provider, or visitor to the site or other users. The terms "we", "us", "our", etc as used herein refer to The Compass Group, LLC and Real Time Trigger. We will not share, reveal or sell your information to or with third parties, except as may be required by law or as specifically noted in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Your use of this site indicates acceptance of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What information do we collect, and how do we use it?
When you subscribe to Real Time Trigger, we ask for your business name, full name, address, phone number, email address and a password.
Once that information is collected, you leave our site and are passed, via a secure pathway, to another server (PayPal) where your credit information (name, address, card number and expiration date) is collected. Your credit information is never collected on our site, nor is it ever passed back to us from the agency that does our credit transaction processing. All we receive is a confirmation code for your payment transaction. Credit information is transferred from your browser to the credit transaction processor in encrypted format via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which is one of the most secure data transfer protocols now available for use on the Internet. realtimetrigger uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
realtimetrigger subscribers are minimally required to enter only the registration information specified above. However, the purpose of realtimetrigger is to store contact information for subscribers for business purposes. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account registration information.
For the duration of each specific Real Time Trigger session, we also collect user identification and usage information specific to you and your visit. This is stored only for the duration of your visit, and is not used for any other purposes than to direct your usage and enhance your experience.
Real Time Trigger log files capture the URLs of the pages visited, browser type and IP addresses for the purpose of analyzing site usage, administering the site, and gathering demographic information for aggregate use. None of this information is linked to personally identifiable information.
We may access your realtimetrigger account, including your data, to respond to service or technical problems, to resolve a suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law.
With whom do we share the information we collect?
Real Time Trigger will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any third party except when such information is transferred to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Real Time Trigger 's business interests, or when we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Real Time Trigger, our users, or others.
We may share aggregated demographic information about our customers, sales, site usage traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, such as potential clients, partners and advertisers. Shared information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual or business entity. Examples include reports on how many times a certain page was viewed, or how many distinct users used the service. In addition, our credit transaction processor, which collects your credit information for payment purposes, does not share that information with us - it is only available to them on their server.
Does Real Time Trigger use cookies?
Real Time Trigger is set up to use "cookies" (small amounts of data stored on your computer that help to identify you). We use this technology to track usage and identification information for users (both subscribers and searchers) if their computer allows the use of cookies. If a user's computer does not allow cookies, we instead use alternate technology to store usage and identification information on our server. Whether cookies or alternate technology are used, the information gathered is stored only for the duration of your visit to our site.
